We have an immediate opening in our clients Fort Pierce, Florida office for a CEI Inspector. Job description Civil Engineering Construction Inspector Minimum of 3 years experience in Construction Inspection, at least one year of bridge or roadway construction required. Candidate will work with a top CEI team in the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 4 area of Florida (Including Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River & Okeechobee Counties) Responsibilities include the performance of duties related to the inspection of roadway construction, utilities and private development work. The majority of our work is in the Treasure Coast area. Preferred Qualifications: CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I CTQP Pile Driving Inspection CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection IMSA Traffic Signal Technician Level I CTQP Final Estimates Level I FDOT Intermediate MOT Preferred Certifications: Nuclear Radiation Safety Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification for Inspectors and Contractors Job Type: Full-time A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Successful applicant will be essential to our clients team with excellent pay commensurate with qualifications, and experience.
