Entry Level Payroll Specialist | Payroll Specialist [COC0052051] ProSidian seeks a Entry Level Payroll Specialist | Payroll Specialist [COC0052051] for program support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). Seeking Entry Level Payroll Specialist candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Payroll Specialist Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Payroll Specialist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). Generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Entry Level Payroll Specialist | Payroll Specialist [COC0052051] Supervise HR assistants and coordinators. Manage recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes. Coordinate training programs and professional development activities. Resolve escalated employee inquiries or complaints. Monitor HR compliance with regulations and internal policies. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 in supervision. SKILLS REQUIRED Leadership, multitasking, interpersonal communication. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Accountability, decision-making, employee engagement. ANCILARY DETAILS OF THE ROLES Leads HR audits and records retention projects. Oversees HRIS data integrity and reporting. OTHER DETAILS Reports to Director of HR; interacts with department managers.
