Job title- Change Leader 5 Duration - 1 year Location - Springfield, MA Job description The Change Leader will work with the Corp Technology Team and Business Partners to implement desired changes within and across Corporate Technology business units/functions. They will accomplish this by building and implementing change management methodology and tools effectively and efficiently to achieve and sustain desired outcomes. They will also be responsible for the design, management, and execution of initiatives specifically crafted to build change management capabilities for our leaders and Associates.will typically span multiple IT and/or business areas. Projects / programs may be concurrent and/or overlap. The position will require the ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed. Responsibilities: Works effectively across organizations to deliver outcomes that have positive impact on the business Lead and oversee all change and training efforts within Corp Tech Employee IT Services transformation projects. Develop, execute, administer, implement change communications, learning and adoption strategies, tactics and sessions for transformation initiatives across Corp Tech Employee IT Services. Work with delivery leads to analyze the impact of the change and learning / training requirements. Conduct impact, stakeholder, and organizational analysis to determine the change learning scope, severity, and risk. Lead in identification of organization impacts from process, policy, data, talent, and technology changes. Build client change outreach strategies that are aligned to overall program plans and are designed to guide audiences through the change phases, including all sponsor / manager, training, communications, and support activities required to implement the change successfully. In collaboration with business partner and other stakeholders, identify impacts from new processes, policy, data, talent, and technology changes. Build strategic change learning plan and support activities that are aligned to overall program plans, and are designed to guide various target audiences through the change and transition phases required to implement the change successfully. Design and oversee learning and adoption strategies, tactics and sessions. Provide framework for the development of training materials (e.g., announcement messages, FAQs, reference guides, course content, presentations, etc.). Ensure alignment across Corp Tech for learning, engagement and adoption Work with delivery leads to define any training needs, determine content required for each stakeholder group, lead content development, and drive training delivery. Participate in project team meetings, business partner discussions, steering committee meetings and training sessions, as needed. Educate business partners and technology teams about the value and need for strategic change learning activities; engage the community of change/learning practitioners across the organization as needed. Draft and develop targeted outreach material (e.g., announcements, messaging, tip sheets, web content, presentations, etc.). Define any training needs, determine content required for each stakeholder group, lead content development, and drive training delivery in collaboration with training lead. Build communications necessary to ensure that impacted stakeholders are kept apprised of the upcoming milestones, and the change impacts are understood. Serve as primary liaison with groups to facilitate program communications, including customers, partners, and employees. Participate in project team meetings, business partner discussions, steering committee meetings and training sessions, as needed. Requirement: Significant practitioner experience on large transformations in a fast-paced IT environment is a MUST. Ability to lead Steering Committee level executive presentations on change leadership. Considerable expertise supporting and leading cross-functional technology strategic programs. Energetic self-starter with a proven track record for getting things done in a high-growth, fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Highly skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing others, particularly with executive leadership teams. Proven ability to collaborate with and influence both leadership and working groups, demonstrating authority and credibility to act, make sound decisions and drive alignment. Strong understanding of the 'heart of the business and experience working directly or indirectly with various business functions and multiple aspects of the business value chain, from business and product development to downstream support operations. Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and connect the dots between strategy and operational priorities, as well as translate the strategy into effective execution and tangible outcomes.
