Surgery Scheduler

Staffing Now is looking for a detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler to coordinate surgical procedures, manage pre-op documentation, and ensure smooth communication between patients, providers, and clinical teams. What Youll Do: Schedule surgeries and optimize OR utilization Verify patient info, consents, and insurance prior to procedures Communicate with patients and clinical teams Support administrative tasks and process improvements Qualifications: High school diploma (required); Associates in Healthcare Admin preferred 2+ years medical scheduling or healthcare experience Strong organizational and communication skills Surgical scheduling experience or CMS certification is a plus Be part of a collaborative team making a real impact on patient care!
