Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager Home Health Specialist Company: Home Health Care, Inc. Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM), 1 weekend/month, 1 on-call shift/week Compensation: $85,000 $130,000 annually + $6,000 in bonuses during first year of employment Successful applicants will email Tori with a summary of their nursing experience and why they are looking to start or continue their career in home care.
