Project Manager - Civil Construction - NoVA The Project Manager - Civil Construction - NoVA will have: Manage pump station and treatment plant projects in Norfolk and Richmond Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Lead and mentor project engineers and assistant PMs Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership Resolve project issues and maintain client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Project Manager - Civil Construction - NoVA will have: 5-10 years of experience in civil construction project management Background in pump stations, wastewater treatment, or heavy civil projects Mechanical experience strongly preferred Transportation project experience (WMATA, VDOT) is a plus The Project Manager - Civil Construction - NoVA will receive: Base Salary: $110K-$130K Bonus: Annual, up to 10% of base Car Allowance: $400-$700/month Benefits: Health, 401(k) with match (effective after 30 days), PTO starting at 2 weeks Career Growth: Opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects
