Job Title Sr. Roadway Project Manager Job Type Full-time Location Cleveland, Ohio - , US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree Category Engineering Job Description As a Senior Roadway Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of large-scale, complex transportation projects, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously. These projects may range from pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure enhancements to major highway reconstructions, utilizing a variety of delivery methods, including design-bid-build, design-build, and value engineering. Key responsibilities include: Serving as the lead Professional Engineer, providing technical direction and project oversight. Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Overseeing resource planning and allocation to meet project goals and deadlines. Reviewing design plans for compliance with applicable design criteria and quality standards. Mentoring and managing a team of transportation professionals. Supporting business development efforts through client engagement, proposal development, and marketing initiatives. Job Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Science Minimum Years of Experience: 15 years Minimum Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) The candidate must possess at a minimum: Strong leadership Strong communication Strong technical skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative transportation solutions.
