Accounts Receivable Clerk A growing company in the City of Industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Process customer payments and apply them to accounts Generate and distribute invoices Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments Reconcile AR ledger and resolve billing discrepancies Assist with month-end closing and reporting Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances Maintain accurate and organized records Qualifications: 12 years of AR or general accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field a plus Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Allison Lau Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
