A Top Fortune 50 Financial Services Company is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to join their team in Vienna, VA. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite) Responsibilities: Lead and execute data conversion validation, identifying and remediating configuration and data discrepancies Perform and deliver instance comparisons, enabling rapid identification of functional and feature differences Identify solution gaps and guide design decisions using HRSD, Employee Center Pro (EC Pro), and instance-merge best practices Provide hands-on configuration and updates to support timely delivery Serve as a trusted advisor to the HR project team, educating stakeholders on HRSD merge concepts and EC Pro capabilities Contribute to weekly status reporting, clearly communicating progress, risks, and next steps Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience Deep understanding of ServiceNow product differences and architecture Proven experience completing at least one HRSD to the core ServiceNow instance merge Strong background in data conversion, validation and instance/data comparison Hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) Ability to confidently guide decisions using the platform and industry best practices Hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro (EC Pro)
