This is an entry-level, full-time seasonal position, with strong performers having the opportunity for long-term employment year after year. This is hands-on, outdoor work where you'll help paint parking lot lines, repair asphalt, and keep properties looking sharp. If you like working with your hands, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day-this job is for you. This is a chance to get in early and help build a growing EverLine franchise from the ground up. What You'll DoPaint parking lot lines using striping machines Fill cracks and seal asphalt Power wash and sweep parking lots Use basic tools and small equipment Work outside on different job sites around the city Follow safety rules and keep the job site clean Check in daily with your Crew Lead and Operations Manager (We plan our jobs, run clean sites, and take safety seriously. We also train you-no one is expected to know everything on day one.) What We're Looking ForA valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to show up on time and ready to work Comfortable working outside in a physical job Able to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for long periods Able to work independently when needed Takes pride in doing quality work Nice to have (but not required):Experience with paint sprayers or small engines Construction, landscaping, or maintenance experience (If you don't have these, don't worry-we'll train the right person.)
