What You'll Do As a Shift/Team Leader, you will: Lead with enthusiasm and positivity through busy rushes Create warm, welcoming experiences for every guest Support, encourage, and coach team members Maintain operational excellence and uphold Chick-fil-A standards Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment Oversee shift responsibilities including cash accountability & labor awareness Help open or close the restaurant as needed Serve with heart always putting people first What Makes You a Great Fit You are: A natural encourager who loves people Someone who finds joy in serving others and making their day Energized by a fast-moving, high-volume environment Confident leading a team and building strong relationships Driven to grow, learn, and develop as a leader Requirements 6 months leadership experience in retail or hospitality 1 year customer service experience Flexible availability (day, evening & Saturday shifts) Reliable transportation Strong communication & problem-solving skills Ability to lead through busy moments with confidence and positivity Prior shift lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred but not required.
