Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position is opened to any person seeking short-term, work at home, part-time or full-time job. The hours are flexible and no previous experience is required. Duties/Responsibilities: Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of customer issues & data before it is entered Act as an assistant to the HR Manager Maintain logs of activities and completed work Typing/Data Entry of confidential client and financial data Perform other administrative tasks as assigned General work Data entry Receive calls, texts & emails on behalf of the company Book appointments & flight reservations Requirements: Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information Must display a high level of integrity and honesty Must be organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently and follow through on commitments Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who proposes solutions, rather than waiting for others to solve problems Must be flexible, adaptable and actively intervene to create and energise positive change Computer - laptop - tablet or smart phone is required to perform work. Internet connection required. Any connection is fine as long as it is secure. You should be okay working on your own from home without immediate in person supervision. Read and follow written instructions. Typing is essential - data entry of at least 25 words per minute.
