Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager - Regional to oversee pharmacy operations across assigned hospital sites. This leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and staff management in collaboration with system pharmacy leadership. Position Title: Hospital Pharmacy Manager (Regional Oversight) Location: Rockford, IL Duration: Permanent Work Schedule: Days - Monday to Friday Salary: $155,072.61 to $216,116.18/yr Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, budgeting, and performance standards Support policy development, QA initiatives, and regulatory compliance Lead and manage pharmacy staff (hiring, evaluations, corrective actions, engagement) Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leadership Participate in Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Safety, and IS committees Oversee pharmacy information systems and inventory control Skills, Education, or Experience: PharmD (Required) ASHP-accredited PGY2 in Health-System Pharmacy Administration (or equivalent experience) 5+ years pharmacy leadership experience Active Illinois Pharmacist License #HLT123 Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
