Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships? Quotewerks is a Florida-based software company dedicated to helping small and mid-sized businesses streamline operations and drive growth through quote and proposal software. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is committed to ensuring QuoteWerks customers consistently realize value through our products. This is an on-site position located in Orlando, FL. We'll Provide: Robust benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and holidays Salary range of $45,000 - $55,000, plus quarterly bonus opportunities A set schedule of 8:45am-5:15pm to help promote work/life balance Small team, big impact - your work will directly shape the customer experience and company growth Collaborative, supportive culture where your voice matters Opportunities for continued growth and learning What You'll Do: Serve as the customer retention specialist for all existing QuoteWerks customers Own renewal outcomes by ensuring customers clearly see and experience the value of QuoteWerks leading up to renewal Monitor customer health metrics, usage patterns, and engagement signals to proactively identify and address at-risk accounts Develop and execute targeted retention strategies for customers showing signs of churn risk Ensure customers are taking advantage of the full range of QuoteWerks products and features, and identify opportunities where other QuoteWerks products may meet their needs Gather customer usage data relevant for product development and enhancements. Generate QuoteWerks revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities Work with internal teams to advocate for customer needs, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous product and process improvement Skills You'll Need: 2-3 years of experience in customer/client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role (SaaS, technology, and CRM experience strongly preferred) 2-3 years of experience in a B2B environment (again, SaaS experience is a plus) 2+ years of experience working in a small office environment Experience in a high call-volume roll Tech savvy with the ability to explain complex concepts in a user-friendly way Prior experience managing and optimizing a portfolio of customers and achieving financial goals Familiarity with CRM or accounting software is a plus Strong business and people skills, including planning, presentation, sales, and business acumen Next Steps: Quick apply with your resume here Or Get a head start on our application and aptitude testing process here:
