Job Description: Product Engineer: Perform advanced-level CAD modeling and digital validation utilizing industry-leading platforms such as Siemens NX, Teamcenter and Simcenter for vehicle products. Conduct in-depth Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and complex fatigue simulations to meet highly demanding structural performance, lightweighting, and long-term durability targets. Apply rigorous Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and the 8D root cause methodology to systematically resolve complex design deviations, critical fastener failures, and intricate NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) complaints originating from prototype and pre-production builds, minimizing costly rework and accelerating product maturity.rvice life.
