Description Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space, and talent is at the heart of that mission. As a Talent Sourcer at Stoke, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining the top of our recruiting funnel. You will identify exceptional talent for our most challenging and high-impact engineering and leadership roles. You'll partner closely with our hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire the best in the industry, while helping shape our recruiting strategies and scalable hiring processes. Responsibilities Lead proactive sourcing efforts to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional passive talent for Stoke's most critical engineering and leadership roles Develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced tools to build out talent pipelines Collaborate closely with hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements, market trends, and deliver actionable talent insights Craft compelling, personalized outreach that resonates with technical audiences and drives high candidate engagement Maintain accurate pipeline data and performance insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies and elevate recruiting effectiveness Strong partnership and collaboration with the recruiting team through close communication and seamless hand offs Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience sourcing for electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace engineers, and/or software engineers Skilled in identifying talent through various channels and creative sourcing techniques Proven track record in solving complex challenges and achieving consistent results Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment Ability to work onsite at our Kent, WA location Experience with applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred Benefits Equity - We know that our employees are the reason we succeed. Compensation Target Levels: Level 2 range: $80,220 - $120,225 Level 3 range: $100,275 - $150,360 Our job posts are intentionally written to attract a wide variety of experience levels, and we make decisions about the right fit on a per-candidate basis.
