Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Provide leadership and operational oversight of the Operating Room, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient surgical care. Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives and compliance with evidence-based practices. Monitor key performance indicators, including patient outcomes, safety protocols, and cost management. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation guidelines. Conduct performance evaluations, training, and professional development programs for staff. Candidate requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in the Operating Room. At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a perioperative setting. BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
