Transplant Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Blood & Marrow TransplantLocation: Rochester, MNDepartment: TransplantEmployment Type: Full Time (0.8-1.0 FTE), permanent positionSetting: Inpatient and OutpatientPosition OverviewThis role supports a high-volume blood and marrow transplant program and offers the opportunity to practice with a high level of autonomy within a multidisciplinary transplant team. The APP will care for patients with complex hematologic malignancies across inpatient, hospital-based outpatient, and longitudinal pre- and post-transplant clinic settings.Position Highlights 0.8-1.0 FTE opportunities available High-acuity blood and marrow transplant practice Integrated inpatient, hospital-based outpatient, and clinic settings Independent practice with close physician collaboration Teaching environment with education and research opportunities Eligible for shift differential in a 24/7 practice modelClinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for blood and marrow transplant patients Conduct detailed assessments and develop treatment plans Diagnose conditions and order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing Prescribe chemotherapeutic and pharmacologic therapies Deliver patient and family education throughout the transplant continuum Manage complex medical comorbidities using internal medicine skillsets Collaborate with physicians, fellows, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, and transplant coordinatorsCompensation & Benefits Base salary range: $128,000 - $179,000 based on experience Shift differential eligible CME allowance of $4,400 annually Up to 7 CME trip days for benefit-eligible employees State license renewal fees DEA registration and renewal fees Professional certification and recertification fees Professional membership dues and journal subscriptions Conference and continuing education registration fees Annual Apple device for patient care Relocation assistance available for candidates residing 70+ miles awayShift Differential Day shift (7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) Weekend: $4.00 Evening shift (2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.) Weekday: $3.80 Weekend: $7.80 Night shift (10:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.) Weekday: $7.00 Weekend: $11.00Qualifications BLS and ACLS certification required DEA registration requiredNurse Practitioner Master's-prepared graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Minnesota RN and APRN license Certification as FNP, ANP, or ACNPPhysician Assistant Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current NCCPA certification Registration with the Minnesota Board of Medical PracticePreferred Experience One year of acute care experience as NP or PA Experience in blood and marrow transplant, hematology, oncology, internal medicine, or acute care by Jobble
