Job Description CRNA (Locum Tenens) Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Location: Indiana Start Date: October 6, 2025 Contract Length: Through February 2026 (with option to extend) Coverage: Scheduled + Call Schedule Shifts: 7a 3p Call: 3p 7a (assigned by Chief) Call Type: OR call from home / OB call in-house Response Time: 20 minutes Specific Dates Needed: Oct 6 10 Dec Dec Dec 26 Dec Jan 2 Jan 5 9 Through end of Feb Work Details Case Types: Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, General, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, Pediatrics, Urology, Acute Pain Mgmt, Trauma No OB yet (OB call is in-house if introduced) Procedures: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (must be proficient; caselogs required) Providers on site: 18 CRNAs + MDs ORs: 9 Endo Rooms: 2 CV Room: 1 Cath Lab: 1 IR Room: 1 EMR: Cerner Support: MDs onsite little to no direct supervision Requirements Board Certification: NBCRNA (Board Eligible not accepted) License: IMLC required; IN RN license needed after 6 months for full privileges DEA & IN CSR required Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA) Preferred: TEE/Heart experience Credentialing days (Temps available with clean background/malpractice) by Jobble
