Yard Hand - Construction

Job Summary: We are seeking a Yard Hand/Helper for our fleet and equipment yard to help with general duties such as maintaining a clean workspace, organizing, and inventory. Key Responsibilities: Pressure wash heavy equipment and work trucks. Inventory small tools, power equipment, and other supplies. Clear work areas of debris.  Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site. Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment. Store materials properly to prevent damage or loss. Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). -Identify and report potential hazards to supervisors. Some weekend work required. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Be able to use technology such as iPads and tablets. Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, etc.  Bilingual preferred. Prior construction experience is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift, move and stack objects up to 100 lbs.  Ability to safely set and climb ladders. Extended periods of standing, bending, and kneeling. Work is performed in shop and outdoor environments year-round, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and other harsh weather. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in team settings, and prioritize safety and quality in every task.
