Occupational Therapist (OT) - Ortho/Oncology/Lymphedema Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Fort Worth (Carter), TX Outpatient Hours: Full Time Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity. Salary Range: $75,920.00 - $103,105.60 BSW Fort Worth Carter is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist with a passion for treating a variety of general orthopedic and oncology diagnoses, including lymphedema. Our multi-disciplinary clinic offers PT, OT, and ST in an environment that encourages teamwork and clinician development. The ideal candidate will be a flexible self-starter, team player with excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with vendors and referral sources. Outpatient ortho experience required, lymphedema experience and/or certification strongly preferred. Willing to consider level II fieldwork in outpatient adult orthopedics. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population. Completion required within the first year of employment. Responsibilities: Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs Complete and maintain required trainings Maintain compliance with government regulations Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy Current Occupational Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice CPR required Outpatient adult orthopedic experience (willing to consider level II fieldwork) Preferred Qualifications: Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience Lymphedema experience and/or certification (student rotations considered) #BSWIR-Outpatient Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans #BSWIR-Outpatient
