Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking CRNA's to join our team in several outpatient Plastic Surgery Centers within the Poway area. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments Develop and implement anesthesia care plans Administer general anesthesia, deep sedation, and MAC as appropriate Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage emergence and recovery Ensure safe discharge criteria are met Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards Procedures include but not limited to: Aesthetics, breast lifts, LIPO, face lifts, nose jobs and tummy tucks Qualifications: Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) Active California CRNA license Minimum 2 years CRNA experience preferred Outpatient, ASC, or cosmetic anesthesia experience strongly preferred DirectShifts is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
