Client Service Associate Perspective Financial Services is a boutique wealth management firm in Phoenix and a member of the Diversify Advisor Network. Founded in 2003 by seasoned advisors, Perspective delivers highly personalized financial planning advice, implementation and ongoing guidance for families that have placed their trust with us. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be providing outstanding support for our advisors and act as a point of contact for their clients, ensuring a seamless client experience while bolstering the client relationship. This is a full-time, in-office role in Phoenix. Your Impact Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for advisors and their clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information. Account Management: Assist clients with account maintenance, including setting up new accounts, processing transactions, and managing client service requests. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on delivering effective solutions and maintaining client satisfaction. Coordination: Work closely with financial advisors and other team members to support client needs and ensure consistent service delivery. Documentation: Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting: Generate and review reports related to client accounts and activities as needed. Data Security: Follow confidentiality and firm cyber security protocols at all times. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborative mindset with a commitment to contributing to team success Your Toolkit Strong computer and technical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems or financial software is a plus. The ability to work unsupervised, think through complex problems, and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented responses. Detail-oriented with an ownership mentality towards the quality of your work.
