Administrative Support Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Renton, WA. The ideal candidate brings prior administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Location: Renton, WA Schedule: Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to office staff and management Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file management Answer and route incoming calls and emails professionally Maintain office supplies and support office organization Prepare reports, memos, and basic correspondence as needed Support onboarding and HR/operations tasks assigned Assist with special projects and daily office functions Qualifications 2-4+ years of prior administrative or office support experience required Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and in a team environment High school diploma required, college coursework or degree a plus Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
