Quality Assurance Manager Our client is a leading manufacturer in the OTC drug and cosmetic products space, known for its strong focus on quality, compliance, and innovation. Job Description Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 22716, ANSI 455-4, and regulations for OTC and cosmetic products. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Oversee deviations, CAPA, change control, nonconformance, and product/raw material release. Make risk-based decisions on product disposition. Lead investigations for deviations, OOS results, complaints, and quality events. Drive root-cause analysis and implement effective CAPAs. Monitor quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Lead and develop the QA team; ensure strong quality decision-making. Train operations, manufacturing, and R&D on quality expectations. Lead/support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer inquiries. Communicate quality performance and risks to leadership. Oversee SOPs, work instructions, and controlled document maintenance. Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have: A strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices within the retail industry. Experience working in Engineering & Manufacturing environments. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in analyzing data and creating detailed reports. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams effectively. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
