Administrative Support At Connexus Hub, Inc., we are a fast-growing government contracting firm specializing in administrative, IT, and mission support services across federal agencies. We are seeking an Administrative Support to provide daily support for USTDA conference and training rooms, including AV setup and troubleshooting. Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite) Clearance: Secret (active or interim) Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day conference room and training center support. Assist with AV setup, troubleshooting, and event readiness. Support project reporting, records management, and document control. Maintain agency library holdings and electronic databases. Assist with administrative management functions. Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. 7+ years of administrative support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in business, information management, or related field.
