Patient Care Coordinator & Social Media Manager — Skulpt LA Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible) Industry: Medical Aesthetics / Med Spa Skulpt LA is a high-end med spa located in the heart of Los Angeles, offering advanced cosmetic treatments in a luxurious, welcoming environment. We’re looking for a dynamic and organized Patient Care Coordinator with a flair for social media to join our team! This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is passionate about client care and digital engagement. ✨ Key Responsibilities: Patient Care Coordinator Duties: • Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily calendars • Provide information about services and guide patients through their treatment journey • Ensure client satisfaction and support smooth daily operations Social Media Duties: • Create and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms • Capture in-office content (before/afters, behind-the-scenes, promotions) • Respond to DMs, comments, and online inquiries professionally • Track engagement and contribute creative ideas for campaigns Ideal Candidate: • Previous experience in a med spa, dermatology office, or similar setting • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Confident using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and other social tools • Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering an elevated client experience • Positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Why Skulpt LA?
