Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician We are seeking two skilled maintenance technicians to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in plastics manufacturing, but we are also open to experience in glass, metal, or food manufacturing. This position plays a key role in maintaining equipment, ensuring consistent production flow, and supporting overall facility operations. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Repair and replace faulty components as needed Assist with equipment setup and calibration Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience in plastics, glass, metal, or food manufacturing required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery Ability to work independently and within a team Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $28 $36 per hour, depending on experience.
