Welders are responsible for joining metal parts and filling holes of metal components by using various welding techniques. As a welder, you will ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of our decorative products, contributing to our high-quality standards. Skills/Experience Requirements Ability to safely use 4 ½ grinders with flapper wheels and wire wheelsKnowledge of MIG welding in both steel and aluminumAbility to select appropriate welding rods and metals based on the welding specificationsFamiliarity with different welding techniques and equipmentKnowledge of how to prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and cutting to ensure proper weldsBasic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensionsAbility to collaborate with other team membersAbility to communicate effectively with othersWelding certification or apprenticeship preferredWelding experience preferredKnowledge of aluminum welding Preferred Metal shop experience requiredProgramming experience a plusComfortable working in various conditions, including both hot and cold temperatures Benefits Paid time offPaid holidaysMedicalDentalVision401(k) match
