With over 20 years of consistent growth, we offer not just a job, but a pathway to a rewarding career.What You'll Do: Mount steel and aluminum truck bodies onto chassis Install essential components such as lights, tarp systems, mud flaps, and side boards Perform final preparations including touch-up paint and cab cleaning Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently​ What We're Looking For: Basic mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Consistent work history with reliable attendance Ownership of basic tools (a list can be provided upon request) High School Diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to our Hartville facility​ Physical Requirements:This is a physically active role requiring: Frequent use of step ladders Kneeling, squatting, sitting, and standing for extended periods Use of a creeper for under-vehicle task.
