Job Title: ServiceNow Developer TPRM Location: Malvern, PA (onsite) Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to support, enhance, and customize our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, Risk, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on HRSD and TPRM modules Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs Implement and support HRSD capabilities such as: Case & Knowledge Management Employee Service Center Lifecycle Events HR Integrations and data security Develop and enhance TPRM functionality, including: Vendor onboarding and assessments Risk scoring, issue management, and compliance tracking Workflow automation and reporting Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning Support platform upgrades, patching, and best practices aligned with ServiceNow standards Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides Ensure data privacy, role-based access, and compliance with organizational policies Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Strong expertise in HRSD and TPRM modules Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data imports Knowledge of ITSM, GRC, or Risk Management processes Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, HRSD, GRC/TPRM ) Experience in regulated industries (finance) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
