Surestaff Factory Associates (Shipping And Receiving) Surestaff is hiring factory associates (shipping and receiving) for a well-known large client in Dallas, TX. As a Surestaff warehouse associate, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of factory operations, including: Shipping and receiving (picker/packer) Quality assurance Inventory control (RF scanners) Surestaff is committed to its team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($XX), as well as a benefits package that includes medical insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hiring. Available shifts include Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm $16.00. Overtime hours are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Responsibilities of Factory Associate (Shipping and Receiving): Select, extract, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area. Process incoming and outgoing shipments. Load and unload pallets. Scan items in the inventory control system using RF scanner. Use warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, hydraulic jacks, RF scanner, computers, and handheld printers. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks and report any unsafe working conditions. Qualifications Required for Factory Associate (Shipping and Receiving): Previous factory experience and/or training preferred. Great attention to detail and safety/compliance. Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and good judgment. Ability to work overtime as needed.
