Talent Acquisition Specialist Daher Industrial Services GmbH is a member of the DAHER Group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial services provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers' premises. Every day, almost 170 employees from 20 different nations ensure that we achieve our goals and a high level of customer satisfaction. High-impact responsibilities with full ownership: Independent recruitment on both national and international level for Blue- and White-Collar positions Building a strong talent network (incl. via social media channels) and conducting proactive talent sourcing Administration and maintenance of our applicant tracking system Workday, including all application-related activities Continuous analysis of the recruitment process and active contribution to enhancing the candidate experience Coordination and further development of the onboarding process for new employees Collaborate closely with the HR team and contribute to projects enhancing our Talent Acquisition strategy Attractive development opportunities: Work in line with Daher's purpose: "Unleashing the potential of those who move the world."
