Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive palliative care to patients, ensuring a focus on enhancing quality of life through symptom management and support. Collaborate with a team of health care professionals, including advanced practice providers, chaplains, and social workers, to deliver holistic care. Participate in a shared call schedule, with minimal call volume, serving as backup support for nurse practitioners during nights and weekends. Engage in continuous professional development, with access to immersive courses and continuing medical education in Palliative Care.
