Job descriptionPOSITION SUMMARY Parc Provence is seeking an experienced, compassionate Night Shift Nurse Supervisor to oversee one of our Memory Care households. We provide the highest quality nursing care to meet the needs of our residents. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential duties and responsibilities described below are representative, but not necessarily all-inclusive, of the position: Manage staff in household including CNA, CMT, LPN, RN. Work with families & residents to enhance the wellbeing of each resident. Perform resident assessments, coordinate, update, and modification of individual resident care plans. Perform duties of Charge Nurse, CMT and Resident Care Specialist (CNA) as needed to ensure proper staffing of the community. Follow State Regulations and policies & procedures as set by the DCS and Administration in all areas of duties. Participate in MOD rotation schedule. Report maintenance/ safety items to DCS or Administrator or receptionist or MOD if on the weekend. Required to work weekends, holidays, after scheduled hours if necessary for normal weekend shift coverage, projects, special functions, etc. Follow established guidelines for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding residents and their personal information. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Must be either an LPN or RN. Experience: Prefer 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a skilled nursing community or other healthcare related program. Reasoning Skills: Ability to understand and follow directions. Oral/Written Communication Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English. Ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents and families and possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
