Full Time Teller

Teller Position We are seeking a highly motivated Full Time Teller to join our Wabash Branch in Springfield, IL! As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and promoting bank products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry and develop your skills in customer service and financial transactions. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in customer service or cash handling Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any concerns Promote bank products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments as needed Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as assigned Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
