Pin Assembly Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE) Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join the team at a Semiconductor Plant in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in assembling electronic components. The Assembly Technician will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are assembled efficiently. Availability on first shift (M-F, 6am-2:30pm). Some OT may be required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Socket Pinning Prepare Parts for Assembly Assembly of Microchips Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualification Requirement: On sight training provided. Excellent attention to detail. Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Well organized and able to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently. Ability to work overtime when required Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability. Physical Requirement: Good eyesight, very small parts are used Ability to sit or stand for a long period of time Able to lift and move up to 35 pounds occasionally Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire, Contract Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: Chandler, AZ 85226 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Chandler, AZ 85226: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
