Sr. Business Analyst

Job Description NOVACES is seeking a qualified Business Analyst (Senior) to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) under the Business Management Support Services contract. The selected candidate will provide senior-level analytical support, interpret complex data sets, and deliver actionable insights to support DoD military and civilian stakeholders. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Interpret findings and communicate results clearly to senior-level stakeholders Utilize data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to support decision-making Identify root causes of operational and business challenges and develop effective, data-driven solutions Support business operations analysis, financial considerations, and strategic planning initiatives Build and maintain strong working relationships with government personnel and contractor partners Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, consistent communication across teams Minimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher in a general business-related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree in a general business-related field, a minimum of three (3) additional years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
