This role is built for a detail-driven, data-minded marketer who loves digging into platforms, testing hypotheses, and improving performance. You'll work closely with strategy, analytics, and creative partners to bring smart, effective programmatic campaigns to life. Call-out: This posting is part of our proactive talent pipeline for a future Programmatic Specialist opening!!! What You'll Do Independently execute, manage, and optimize omnichannel programmatic campaigns, primarily within The Trade Desk. Partner with Media Strategy on audience forecasting, CPM estimates, targeting approaches, inventory availability, and channel recommendations. Own accurate campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and in-platform execution across all buys. Monitor daily pacing and proactively manage delivery to align with approved budgets. Identify over-delivery or under-delivery risks early and recommend solutions. Analyze performance data in partnership with Analytics; translate insights into clear optimization actions. Champion structured A/B testing across audiences, creative, formats, and tactics to continuously improve results. Collaborate with Creative teams to recommend the appropriate volume and types of assets by channel and tactic. Work cross-functionally with Media Strategy, Ad Ops, Analytics, Paid Social, and Creative to ensure alignment and campaign success. Stay current on programmatic trends, platform updates, privacy changes, new ad formats, and emerging best practices. Deep working knowledge of The Trade Desk; experience with additional DSPs a plus. Strong understanding of audience strategy, bidding strategies, and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio. Working knowledge of conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager preferred. Exposure to YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Google Display Network a plus. Proven ability to independently manage campaigns, prioritize workload, and drive performance improvements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort operating directly within platforms. Clear communicator who can translate performance data into actionable insights. A proactive, test-and-learn mindset with a desire to continuously improve results.
