Job Title Requirements MUST HAVE Class A CDL MUST HAVE obtained Class A within the past 12 months MUST NOT have more than 3 months exp with any other carrier No SAP drivers Must live within 90 miles of Dallas Training/Job Details Orientation in Springdale, AR with transportation and hotel provided $100 stipend given for food Mentor TrainingMinimum of 10 days Paid $75/day After completion, routed back to AR to complete testing, then upgraded to a solo driving position OTR solo position, runs all 48 states - out 2 - 4 weeks Pay & Benefits Pay upon completion of training starts at 0.35cpm, then increases to 0.45 to 0.55cpm upon completion of 3 months safe solo driving Raise at year 1 Layover pay: $100/day Breakdown pay: $40 after 24 hours Dry van trailers 2500+ miles per week Vacation time after 1 year Passenger policy, but no pets Paid holidays off ($100 each) Full benefits, W2
