We' re currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist ($75, 000 - $85, 000) around 20 minutes from downtown Washington, DC. Qualifications: Master' s Degree in Occupational Therapy MD state license Pediatric experience preferred, although an excellent mentor is available Position Details: Schedule: Full-time Multidisciplinary clinic with Speech, behavior therapy (RBT to assist with therapy) Caseload includes a lot of low verbal or nonverbal kiddos, as well as children on the autism spectrum. Experience with or willingness to learn to use AAC devices is preferred. Bilingual Spanish speaker is a huge plus, but a translator is available for Spanish-speaking families Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients. Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting. Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
