Key Responsibilities: Oversee sales budget and gross margin goals. Manage and coordinate field service technicians and support personnel effectively. Evaluate field service reports for accuracy and identify sales opportunities. Engage in customer visits to strengthen relationships and promote GEA services. Contribute to annual budget preparations and capital appropriations for the service department. Report on equipment performance trends and warranty situation solutions to management. Review time sheets, service tickets, and expense reports before submission. Manage service work schedules. Support budgeting and staffing recommendations to enhance service delivery. Assist in compressor research and development initiatives. Provide solutions to customer system problems via direct communication. Meet and strive to exceed key performance indicators. Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and strategic initiatives. Prepare repair estimates for compressor rebuilds. Interface with vendors and customers to address complex situations. Manage service orders and agreements from initiation to completion. Train, coach, and motivate staff for optimal performance. Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions for business growth. Assist in the management of delinquent accounts. Review inspection and modification reports for compliance. Manage and execute all Chem-Skid start-ups both domestically and internationally. Draft service bulletins to address known service issues and manage departmental policies. Collaborate with the warranty department to minimize costs. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. A minimum of 3 years in industrial refrigeration. At least 3 years of sales and business development experience. 5+ years of leadership experience. Experience in remote field service management is a plus. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proven success in time management and meeting deadlines. Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Supervisory and leadership proficiencies. Ability to prioritize duties and delegate as required. Comfort in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Offers will be based on various factors including skills, experience, location, and qualifications. Additional rewards such as discretionary bonuses and equity awards may apply.
