Sales Order Specialist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: $24.00/hour Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Order Specialist to support our sales operations. This role ensures accurate order processing, tracks shipments, and provides excellent service to customers and the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Enter and monitor sales orders accurately Track shipments, deliveries, billing, and backlogs Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues Prepare quotations and supporting documentation Generate internal reports and presentations Maintain compliance with safety policies Perform other duties as needed Qualifications: 2+ years in sales support, order processing, or customer service preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience a plus
