Top-notch compensation & benefits Job Description Assist in managing day-to-day field operations and subcontractor activities. Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Support the implementation of construction schedules and short-term look-ahead plans. Ensure work is performed in accordance with construction documents and quality standards. Assist with inspections, punch lists, and issue tracking. Help coordinate deliveries, material staging, equipment, and manpower needs. Maintain accurate site logs, daily reports, and photo documentation. Act as a liaison between the field and office teams, including Project Managers and Engineers. Attend project meetings and report on field progress and issues. Identify and report field conflicts or delays to the Superintendent and assist in finding timely solutions. Support conflict resolution between trades or with vendors as needed. Participate in punch list walks, quality assurance checks, and final inspections. Assist with documentation for project turnover and closeout. The Successful Applicant 4-year degree preferred but not required. 1-3 years of industry experience - General Contracting experience preferred. Working knowledge of construction documents (blueprints, specs, shop drawings). Demonstrated history of working on large-scale new construction projects. Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management tools (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, etc.). Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
