What You'll Do Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environmentMonitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staffRecord and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely mannerFulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED preferredValid Driver's license and CPR certification preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety requiredStrong interpersonal and multitasking skillsWarm, compassionate and empathetic personalityDignified character that models recovery principlesWhere You'll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Covington is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation services.
