Receptionist, Radiology Department Columbus Arthritis Center is one of the largest Rheumatology private practices in Ohio. Every employee's growth is integral to our success, and their success is ours. We have a part-time Patient position in our Radiology Department in our offices near Grandview, Ohio. This is a Monday, Tuesday, and Friday position from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. This position is responsible for greeting and assisting patients upon arrival. They will create a warm, welcoming environment through excellent customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcome and greet patients with a warm and friendly attitude Route patient concerns and compliments to department leadership Respond quickly to patient feedback and demonstrate a commitment to resolving issues Data entry and other administrative assignments Assist with prior authorizations for MRI and CT scans Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are not just expectations; they are essential qualities for success in this role and reflect the stability and professionalism of our work environment.
