Investment Operations & Funds Administrator Our patients are our number one priority! We're committed to giving children back their childhood! Location: Dallas - Hospital Time Type: Full time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Duties/Responsibilities Oversee the investment valuation and performance reporting, explaining key fluctuations, changes and outstanding items for use by investment team. Reconcile, research and resolve any trade, valuation and performance-related issues. Process and validate investment level performance estimates and valuations by coordinating with managers to ensure accurate and timely information is captured. Responsible for investment operations and providing oversight of the productions of reports, reconciliations, and analyses. Monitor the re-balancing trades and analyze the re-balancing ranges. Provide oversight for endowment operations and treasury operations of custodian accounts. Oversee the unitization of the Endowment and Short-Term investment pools and reporting of fund balances, including proper setup and assignment of attributes of funds in order to ensure compliance with donor stipulations, governing documents, and current Scottish Rite policy governing spending and reinvestment levels. Oversee the investment functions of Charitable Gift Annuities (CGA's) program and the Charitable Remainder Trusts for which the Hospital is trustee. Provide oversight and stewardship for the distribution of assets from terminating trusts and estates. Required Skills/Abilities Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Minimum 6 years of related experience; experience should be related to the creation, maintenance, and administration of endowment records and monitoring and enforcement of institutional guidelines concerning endowment funds and other restricted gifts, preferably in an endowment environment or a bank trust environment Computer knowledge of endowment unitization software such as FunDriver, Accufund, or other mainframe-based unitized pool software is preferred Computer knowledge (spreadsheets, powerpoint and word processing is required) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must have analytical and organizational skills generally acquired in an endowment or trust office
