We're seeking an Activities Manager to lead our resort recreation and pool operations while delivering world-class service and maintaining our prestigious Gold Crown standards. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind engaging activities, safe and vibrant pool operations, and a motivated team that brings fun and exceptional service to life every day. What You'll Do: Lead and inspire the Activities and Pool teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Plan, schedule, promote, and execute resort activities and special events. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across all recreational areas. Respond to guest needs, handle service recovery, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Train, schedule, and manage staff performance and development. Coordinate with all departments to enhance operations and guest satisfaction. Review guest feedback and continuously improve programming and service delivery. What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of hospitality management experience (resort or timeshare experience preferred). Proven leadership and team development skills. Strong guest service mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard business systems. High School Diploma or GED required.
