If this resonates with you, please continue reading! We are currently hiring an Assistant Site Manager in the Tulsa area!  If you are friendly, highly motivated, and enthusiastic about representing our state of the art car wash, we invite you to come and Grow With Us!Salary: $36-50k Total Annual Compensation What We Offer:  Competitive wages  Pay Increases through training & growth opportunities  Quarterly Incentives and Award Programs  Health, Dental, Vision Benefits  Supplemental Benefits 401(k) Option with Company Match Gym Discounts  Paid Volunteer Time Off   Unlimited Infinity Club Membership for you & your spouse  Paid Time Off per Employee Manual  Primary Duties Include: Ensure 100% customer satisfaction Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company's mission Successful management of labor and staff scheduling Effective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control check Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner Learn wash process and equipment to expand the knowledge base Further growth through educational/training opportunities Perform other related duties as required and assigned Execute daily assigned checklists for operating the car wash Assist guests at kiosk with wash selection and payment process Inspect vehicles before wash process Maintains clean, organized car wash facility Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct Follow Launch safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals Able to utilize technology through various platforms Handle customer complaints and incident claims  Leading weekly and monthly team meetings Conduct monthly performance reviews  Journey to Success for Leaders: Be present in the moment with a positive attitude Communicate effectively and professionally both with customers and fellow team members Strive for excellence in all that you do Always lead by example Ability to coach, mentor, and train Present professional image according to appearance guidelines Strive to exceed expectations and maintain accountability Physical Requirements: Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to smile while doing all of the above!
