Quotations Specialist II

Job Title: Miscellaneous Project Quotations Specialist Responsible for miscellaneous project quotations. Provide quotations as requested by customers in a timely and efficient manner. All project quotations to be finalized at least 24 hours prior to bidding. Works under general supervision. Position Responsibilities Builds and maintains relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people as directed Provide midsize project quotations that are efficient and competitive to local market conditions Provide quotations on both miscellaneous and project quotes as requested by customers Negotiate project buy out with manufacturers A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required Flexibility to visit customer sites when requested Attend product ad training sessions when available Exercise independent judgement Produce daily report inclusive of all bid requests Provide quotation breakdowns in a timely manner Other duties as assigned by manager Essential Skills Must possess 2 4 years of experience in miscellaneous lighting and project quotations Possess general knowledge of lighting products Experience in project buy out Experience in submittal creation and review Must have excellent math skills Must be able to multi-task Must be proficient in Word, Excel, internet research, and Outlook
